3 Coastlands

This is Big Sur! In the exclusive Coastlands subdivision, 1929 Rustic chic log cabin was built by early Big Sur settler Sam Trotter on Staked Land when the west was raw and just being settled. It has an amazing sense of the time and place it was built - log siding, river rocks, natural elements of the environment it stands. A stunning, over-sized river stone fireplace is the centerpiece of an incredible living room. A sliding glass wall that slides completely open, bringing nature inside, opening onto a lovely tree top & ocean view deck. The 2-acre property offers access to a private trail which weaves through redwoods and natural springs, a very special feature. Ocean views and unparalleled privacy, combined with supreme location - between Post Ranch & Nepenthe, a stone's throw from the village of Big Sur, hiking at Pfeiffer State Park. it's all right there to enjoy. This home truly cannot be experienced through pictures, one must see it first-hand.
