WELCOME TO CARMEL VALLEY

Carmel Valley's real estate options can vary between a range of stunning estates on hilltops to smaller cabins ideal for rustic, weekend getaways. I personally live with my family in Carmel Valley where we have a little more property to garden, tend to our fruit trees, let our dogs run around, and raise our five chickens.

Carmel Valley Road is the main thoroughfare, connecting to Highway 1 just outside of Carmel-by-the-Sea to the southeast with most residents living along the first 11 miles into Carmel Valley Village. Favorite activities and locations include Garland Ranch Regional Park that provides over 4,000 acres of hiking trails, horse-riding and outdoor space. Also popular in Carmel Valley are three award-winning golf courses and clubhouses of Carmel Valley Ranch, Quail Lodge and Tehama Golf Club.

Carmel Valley’s location in the Carmel River Valley and the Santa Lucia Mountains creates the perfect environment for wine growers – year-round sun, mild temperatures and rolling landscapes. There are some homes in Carmel Valley that are nestled in the hills, with sweeping views of the surrounding wineries.
